The goal of this presentation would be to provide a hands on experience of the installation of post installed anchors as well as first hand visualization of the tested tabulated values by causing some of these anchors to fail.

The main interests and goals of the presentation would be:

1.  Inspecting the correct procedure for a post installed expansion anchor.

2.  Pullout tests of post installed anchors in concrete and the Hilti shot pins in metal deck as specified in the Verco book.

3.  Hands on use of Hilti installation tools or demonstration of proper use to know what to look for in the field.

There is limited space (20 people max.), so please register before November 10th to reserve your spot! Snacks and soft drinks shall be provided.
