Rob Stanley and Steve Rao present the Sky Harbor Terminal 3 Project

• Robert Stanley is a registered structural engineer and is the western regional structural and facilities manager for Gannett Fleming. Previously he was a principal at the structural engineering firm of Nabar Stanley Brown. He is also a past president of SEAoA and ACEC and is the past structural board member for the State Board Of Technical Registration.  Bob graduated from Arizona State but sadly all of his children went to the “other state universities” 

• Steve Rao is the President of DWL Architects with over 35 years of experience in the industry. For the past 20 years Steve has led the Transportation Division of DWL and has overseen more than $1 billion worth of aviation work at airports throughout the Southwest. Steve received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Columbia University and a Master of Architecture from Arizona State University.  He is the principal in charge of the design team for the Terminal 3 Modernization project and is responsible for project oversite including design, administration and firm operations.
